This particularly spacious cottage is an excellent place to base yourselves from when visiting the stunning Derbyshire countryside. Previously this was a farm managers cottage and is built around a very attractive courtyard setting. Beech Cottage is easily large enough to accommodate a family and a few extra friends besides.

Located within the Paddock House Farm Holiday complex, the whole cottage has been converted into a tasteful and convenient self-catering home from home.

The master bedroom is extremely attractive and the tasteful four-poster bed will appeal to even the non-romantic couples amongst you. With enough wardrobe space to swing a family of cats, we are certain that this will be the favourite room in the house. There is also a vanity table, a CD clock radio and a pair of bedside cabinets for your convenience. Just along the hallway is a full shower room with WC and hand basin. The bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor and this will appeal to the older guests who prefer basing themselves on a single floor structure. The kitchen would make Gordon Ramsay raise an eyebrow because pretty much every appliance and item you’ll ever need is included in the spacious room. For those who’d rather catch up with a few hours of TV or movies, the lounge is a very cool hang out with an open fire and Sky TV channels waiting to give you viewing pleasure.

The twin bedrooms are on split levels and the downstairs one also has a large sofa bed that can take a couple of sleepy adults with ease. For those warm evenings that we value so much, the patio is ideal for a family barbeque with picnic chairs and tables all present and correct. With the extra bed settee in the lounge you can easily accommodate double figures in this stylish and elegant cottage.

You can combine your stay at Beech Cottage with the other five Paddock House Farm Holiday Cottages and they’ll accommodate a total of 40 guests for a group break that you’ll never forget.
