All our Derbyshire Holiday Cottages are surrounded by the Peak District National Parks spectacular countryside with open views. Set in 35 acres of grounds with access to 5 acres of gardens and grassland. For a small walk just wander up the main tree lined drive and admire the open views.On arrival you will be personally greeted by Kanjana, Mark or if we are not able to meet you we will supply you with the code to the key safe at the entrance to your cottage. This will be emailed with your booking confirmation. The Derbyshire Holiday Cottages all have new double glazing and full oil fired central heating with individual thermostatic controlled radiators with constant hot water. (Ideal for those winter breaks) If you wish to have a romantic open fire in Ash Holiday Cottage or Beech Holiday Cottage coal can be brought from the laundry room. Crisp cotton linen and quality towels are provided.We are open all year and we are able to accommodate at the last minute or you can book well in advance. The arrival day is Friday or Saturday for 7 Nights. We cater for short breaks all year but during peek season you can only book a short break within 28 days of arrival. Short breaks start Friday for 3 nights and Monday for 4 nights.

All our Derbyshire Holiday Cottages are fitted out to a very high standard. Each cottages kitchen comes complete with electric hob and cooker, dishwasher, fully fitted cupboards and dining table. The kitchens are equipped with all the cutlery & crockery you will need. The sitting / lounge area have ample seating including a sofa bed, TV, DVD, Freesat (Freeview via satellite) and Video. All bedrooms have standard size double bed or single beds, pine chest of draws and wardrobes, CD alarm clock radios. The main bathrooms come complete with shower over the bath, wash hand basin and wc.
