Ash Holiday Cottage is a three bedroom self catering
accommodation for six plus two persons. It offers a four-poster master double
bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a sitting room with bed settee. It has a fully
equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table. In addition to bathrooms with
shower attached to bedrooms, the cottage also offers a separate WC and also a
shower room.

Beech Holiday Cottage is also a three bedroom
accommodation that can accommodate six plus four persons. It has a four-poster
master double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (with an additional bed settee each)
and a lounge with luxury bed settee. The cottage also boasts of a large country
kitchen with dishwasher and full range of equipment. From the patio, you can
watch over the children in the play area.

Oak Holiday Cottage is another three bedroom cottage
that boasts of large church-style windows offering a grand view of the Manifold
valley. With a master double gallery bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and
an open-plan lounge with a bed settee, it can accommodate five plus two
persons. This self catering accommodation comes with a fully equipped kitchen
with dishwasher and a dining table. The cottage also offers TV, video, Freesat
and DVD and comes with a garden with patio, barbecue and picnic benches.

Elm Holiday Cottage offers privacy and convenience.
This one bedroom cottage with a large four-poster bedroom, well equipped
kitchen with a dishwasher and open plan dining and lounge area is ideal for a
honeymoon couple. The lounge area can be closed off if desired and has a luxury
bed settee in case two more persons need to be accommodated.

Cherry Holiday Cottage is another private self catering
accommodation with one double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and fully equipped
kitchen with dishwasher all located on the ground floor. Situated around a
pretty courtyard with picnic bench and barbeque it is a great accommodation
with fantastic views.

Hazel Holiday Cottage has two bedrooms with bathrooms at
each end on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge separating
these. It can accommodate four plus two persons.
