Yes we allow Weddings in our Derbyshire cottages. We offer the use of the grounds for a Marque or Tipi tent  -*-

Yes we allow groups. A Security Deposit may be required. -*-

Yes we allow Stag & Hen Parties. Security Deposit may be requested. -*-

Departure time is by 10am -*-

You can arrive after 4pm – If you would like to arrive earlier then please reply to the booking form confirmation the day before arrival and ask if an early check in time is available. -*-

Yes – Bed linen is included -*-

Yes. 2 T – towels per let and 1 set of towels per guest inc Face Cloth, Hand Towel & Bath Towel. -*-

We allow 2 pets per cottage. If you wish to bring more than 2 please use the contact us or enquiry form and tell me as much information as possible. -*-

Yes. Pets are allowed in the Holiday Cottages. Please note, Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please don’t leave your pet unattended in the cottage. Please ensure you clean up after you pet. Please also note that there is a working farm next door. -*-
