The Peak District National Park is one of the most beautiful parts of the country, with a wide range of activities available in the area to suit all ages and all interests.
For avid walkers, we are on the doorstep of stunning scenery and fantastic walks and trails to suit all abilities. Situated between the towns of Buxton, Bakewell, Matlock and Ashbourne, we are close to the Dovedale and Manifold valleys with a wide range of sites of historical interest nearby, along with many cycle, walking and riding trails.
Our self catering accommodation is pet friendly – with so many excellent walks available, you are welcome to bring your best friend with you to enjoy our self catering cottages too. We are able to cater for up to 2 pets, with additional pets at our discretion – please ask for more details. We also have 2 kennels available should you need to go out for the day without your pet, for instance if you are visiting an attraction that does not allow dogs.

In addition to the peaceful walks and scenery the Peak District offers, for a fun packed family day out, we are also close to the world famous Alton Towers, as well as Gulliver’s Kingdom in Matlock Bath, Drayton Manor Theme Park and Zoo and the West Midland Safari and Leisure Park.

We have Tourist Information Centres in the surrounding towns of Ashbourne, Buxton, Bakewell and Matlock who stock up to date information about the local areas, its attractions and forthcoming events.
